Last Update This Year

And this year is over... Too fast! Seems just yesterday i was celebrating 2010!

2010 was one of the most beautiful years in my life- i became mother. Now we are family- me, my man and our son. We moved in a beautiful house with a big garden. My dreams became true :)

Hope you had a great year too. 

My last update this year:

"Tatty ted" design. I wanted to do something different so decided to make a cusion. In the back i sewed white felt, letters- red felt (i couldn't find letters in shops so had to do it by my self. Ufff- it was first and probably last time :D )  It was a present for my love

 "Aquarius"- I'm stitching it as much as i can :) Loooooove it

 "Un Trouse èlègante" by Marie Suarez- somehow i will finish it. Next year :D

Just some patience and it will be done

I've almost finished to stitch a bear from "tatty ted". I will not post a picture, cause it will be a present for christmas :)I think it's the last design from "tatty" that i stitch, cause back stitch is killing me!!! So annoying! Arrrgh...
While my boy is sleeping, must to go on and finish it FAAAAST!!!!

Update "Curley Tailed Rosey"

Finaly I took a photo of my cat :) Last month I hadn't time for stitching cause my dad and brother came to visit me. Guess, what i'm  working now? Oh yessss, i took out "Aquarius"!!!

Will be back to cat soon cause i love pink colours sooooo much :)

Quick "hello" from Brazil

Week ago we arrived to Fortaleza, Brazil for holidays and work (my bf). I love this place!!! We've been here 3years ago and so many things have changed since then!
We're staying near the sea, just 10min to walk. Most of time we are spending in the garden near the swimming pool cause it's too hot and I'm a bit afraid that my little boy might burn his skin.

Wanted to add some photos of this place, but I can't do it right now- I'm writing on my phone and it's impossible to upload them :(

I've done some xxx on my cat, I love how it comes!!! Moving slowly cause at day it's too hot and after 6pm it's dark here!!! So strange :D
going to drink something cold and then to sleep... Had a long day today

Back home

Passed long time from my last post. I've been busy with my son, traveling... We went to visit my parents in Lithuania by car. It's about 2200km to go and same to come back. We stoped to sleep in Vienna (Austria) and than in Lithuania for one week. All time raining!!! So most of time we were at home... Our return was more fun- first night in Poland, Warsaw. Old town is so beautiful! Here we are, in a beautiful bar for breakfast:

From Poland we went to Berlin, Germany for one night and than to Innsbruck (Austria)



Had great time with my family :)

Aswell I received a beautiful present from my dear friend Ada. It's for my son

New WIP

My first try to sew a heart :D Lines are not so straight but as for a first go it's ok :)

I managed to do only some xxx on "aquarius". I was stitching the moon and it's still not finished...  :(

Some more xxx on "fleur de lys" aswell

And here is my new haed wip "QS Curley Tailed Rosey" by Annie Rodrigue. I've started it yesterday. I love pink colour!!!

Hot Hot Hot

What a weather!!! Outside the temp is about +35 degrees and I can't find any fresh place even at home... And it's going to be so for another week or more

I spend days with my son and they pass so fast... He's 5month old already!!! Here's one of my favorite pic of him

Inside i've made a little pocket which is perfect for my scissors "litte gems"

I bought beautiful cross stitch book "Petits points & Toile de lin". It's in french language, but all images are very clear! I've started from "fleur de lys".I'm doing it on 30ct linen ecru, 2 over 2.

I'm so happy for my new finish- a cute bear from "me to you". I've stitched it for my son

Now I'm looking for a bautiful frame, hope to find something nice.

Last month wasn't stitchy, i've done only 300x on aquarius so will not add a photo. I've got a sewing machine and  i  want to learn to sew. Probably will try today.

Update of "Aquarius" & Other :)

How are you? Hope all is great!

I'm fine too- having great time with my son, i'm so exited to see how he grows and learns new things every day.

On May we were in France for a week- seen Festival of Cannes. Haven't seen any "star", cause was midday, so took just few pics of red carpet :) It's difficult to stay arround for a long time with baby...

The weather was great last days so was spending a lot of time outside with my family so i've done not a big progress on "Aquarius". Now i'm going to stitch the sky- a bit tired to work on her dress...

But... I've finished "Lickle Ted"!!! It's a birthday present for my bf, he was so happy for it :)

In these days should arrive my order from www.123stitch.com, can't wait to receive it!

My Orders

Last week arrived my new orders- I like them so much :) One I've alllredy started one and must to finish untill 18 May- birthday present for my bf :) It's Lickle Ted from DMC. The  first one with the cat is so funny! The second will be for my son and last one for me :D "Aquarius" is waiting-will be back to it very soon!!!

A Bit Late

Was thinking to update my wips photos every month, but this time hadn't time. My boy is sleeping less and he wants I stay with him :) Few weeks ago we went to South of France for holidays and last week my dad was at my home to see his grand son (he lives in Lithuania).

So for stitching I had so little time :(  And I miss my aquarius so much...

I Love to Stitch My "Aquarius"

This month I've done not a lot- busy with my boy, he is growing so fast, wow! Now he is 56cm long and 5kg :)
My grandma came to visit us, so I have more free time cause she helps me :) And here is my wip- i left the frame, because i stitched just the dress...

To Start 2nd Design or Not?...

Yesterday arrived my order- threads (some yellows and kreinik very fine 32) and needle minder peacock . Should start stitching "paradaisal bird", but I'm afraid that if i start it, i'll never finish "aquarius" or any other work...

Sunday :)

Was thinking to take my baby outside, but it's a bit cold, so we're staying at home. I don't feel very well too... Hope to get better soon :)

I washed my fabric- it still have some marks, but when i'll stitch, threads should cover them :)

I found another patern, i bought it time ago- a lovely cat. It's QS Curley Tailed Rosey by Annie Rodrigue. I'd like to stitch it too, but... 3 WIPs in one time?

Now i'm going to do some xxx on "aquarius" :)

Oh Noooo!!!

I'm so nervous! I just found a few big marks of orange pen on my fabric (on which i stitch "aquarius"). I mark patern with that pen and i forgot to close it... Gosh, i hope the colour will wash out!!!

My 2nd Work

Finaly I decided to start 2nd HAED design- Paradaisal Bird by Alena Lazareva. It will be a present for my bf :) Hope he will like it :D

Just ordered few threads, should arrive in 5days :)

Hi,

Yesterday at 19.47 (2010.02.09) arrived our boy- some day gonna write our story ;) He is 51cm long, weight- 3,470kg. 

I'm sooooo happy, to tell true- can't believe that i'm mother. WOW, that's amazing!!!

I just changed him, gave some milk and now my angel is sleeping. I gave a moment for xstitch :) Yesterday I've done a BIG work- I diserve some relax ;)

Waiting

Can't stitch, can't sleep, can't do anything- all my thoughts are concentrated about my son. Too much! He had do be born yesterday, but he is still in my belly. Ok, I know- thats normal, but for me at this moment one day has more than 24 hours lol :D 

Time passed so fast

Finaly I got all I need for our baby! Gosh, time passed so fast! It seems that just few days ago I've done pregnancy test... Next week I'm having a baby!!! I look at his bed and can't believe- soon here will sleep my boy, my little angel. The biggest miracle in the world. My son. And he will call me "mother". Wow, I never thought I could be so happy. Happy is not that word, it's something much more strong :)

 

Had a great day and I should thank for it my boyfriend, father of my son.

Organizing my threads

Today i took pics of my threads-how i storage them. It's a cardboard (used a chocolate box eheheh).

In this way i can find any colour i need very quickly :) These colours I use for "aquarius", at all 90 :)
I'm thinking to try "parking" when i stitch. Maybe it's more comfortable-

Outside is snowing, i like it so much. My dog enjoys too :)

HELLO :)

Hi,

What a day! I couldn't sleep tonight- I have back pain, my belly is so big that it disturbs to move, my nose is "blocked"- seems that could't be worse :( Hope to get better soon...

Was planing to clean our house today, but it's impossible. So here I am- near the fireplace with a cup of tea. Will dedicate my time for stitching.

Yesterday I got back my lap top (sent it to repare), so can add some pic.

These are the orchids,that I should finish (it's a present for my bf). It's stitched on black Aida 14ct.

Update of "Aquarius"

Finaly I've finished vase!!!! I'm so happy for it :) Now going to work on her dress and should finish the moon. The only thing I don't like is the colour of her hands (violet, brown). Hope it will look better when more work will be done ;)

Good Morning

Starting a nice Saturday morning :) I woke up with many thoughts about my baby- I wait him sooooo much! Only 3 weeks left :) 

In these days I hadn't time for stitching- many things to do before our little angel comes to our home. Here's a pic of us- me, my boy (ok, my belly hehehehee)  working on HAED "Aquarius"

Happy Day

Hope I'm not the one, who can't stop buying all those nice things-threads, needles, fabrics, scissors and so on :) Even if I have, I "need" more. 

Today arrived my order- I bought scissors (Tudor Rose), Magic marker to draw lines on fabric (it washes out with water), needles-DMC no28, Q-Snaps 28x28 cm (11") which is sooooooo comfortable (before I used wooden frame) and another Thread Heaven conditioner- can't imagine how I could stitch without it!

In these days will do some photos of my "treasure" :) Now going to... Yeah, right- to stitch :)
